Sound Design
I spent one year (2024-2025) at the European Film College. There I took two sound classes, the basic one as well as the advanced one. Here are some of the projects I did during that time.
Sound Designer on several Short Films
Recording Dialogues on Set and Designing the Sound for several student short films
During my time at EFC, I was working as a Boom Operator as well as Mixer and Sound Designer on several film sets. I boomed, mixed the dialogue recording on set and edited the sounddesign in ProTools with guidance of the director. I used a sound library as well as the foley studio. Once we also had to rerecord part of the dialogues in the studio due to loss of a memory card. I learned a lot about hands on soundrecording as well as the postproduction and have since then used that knowledge in my own productions.
A Painting Coming to Life
Designing a Soundscape to a Painting
In my soundclass at the European Film College we had the assigment to create a one minute long soundscape to a painting of our choice. The goal was to bring the painting to life, solely with sounds from a sound library. We were also encouraged to expand the painting and build a soundscape for before and after the showed frame.

A Videogame Soundscape
Designing a Soundscape For a Scene From a Video Game
In this assigment I had to create a soundscape for a videogame scene without hearing the original first. I picked a scene from the game "Zelda" which I had never played before. Again we were only allowed to use sounds from a sound library. Watch the video above to hear my result!

A Soundscape to a Filmedit
Designing a Soundscape to an Edit Made by Another Student
This was a collaboration with the Editing class students at EFC. Every Sound class student got assigned one Editing student to work with. They created the film and did a sound sceleton for us sound students to use as a guide as how they imagined the final film. My project was to the topic "Hope". I then created the entire soundscape for the video, directed by the editing student.
